Seamless and safe fleet control

The Digiphysical HMI connects remote operators with autonomous fleets through unified control surfaces and adaptive interfaces. Designed for heavy machinery, mining, and subterranean operations, it merges tactile input with real-time digital feedback — allowing operators to manage precision tasks at distance without losing situational awareness.

Contextual Data Surfaces
Safety-critical UX
Critical metrics are surfaced dynamically within the control interface, enabling operators to interpret machine state and respond without switching views.

Mixed Fleet Control
With the Common Automation Panel (CAP), operators can remotely control a mixed fleet of Pit Viper and SmartROC RCS-based rigs from a single station — no need for separate setups per machine type. CAP is space-efficient, cost-effective, and built for speed. Dual multi-function joysticks handle all remote rig operations, with functions logically mapped to ensure a smooth, intuitive transition for operators.
Scalable
Each CAP station controls one rig at a time through its dedicated safety system in the server rack. An operator might start a hole with a SmartROC D65, then switch control to a Pit Viper to tram and drill the next hole — all without leaving the station. The system is designed for easy updates, rapid scaling, and future software expansion. ROI is fast thanks to the operational efficiency gains built into the platform.
Time-Efficient
Multiple operators can work side by side from the same remote location, making collaboration and knowledge transfer immediate. New operators learn faster through direct exposure to experienced colleagues, and overall problem-solving improves across shifts. This setup also cuts transport costs, simplifies shift changes, and strengthens teamwork between operators.
